Module 13: Review and Refine
In this final module, you’ll look at what else you can do to make your signature system and program more effective. You’ll also have the opportunity to review the course and decide on your next steps.
Once you start marketing your signature program, you need to check how successful your efforts have been. Some of the tools you use may have built-in analytics to show conversion rates.
You need to have a few basic metrics in place so you can measure the outcomes of your marketing strategies and ensure you’re getting a return on investment.
Keep a list of your marketing tactics and record the number of sales you get from each. Note down which produced the greatest profits and which converted the quickest sales. Tweak as you go along for maximum sales performance.
Over time, you’re bound to want to make changes to your signature system and the ways you deliver it.
Make sure you gather and consider the feedback you receive from your customers, especially from ‘early adopters.’ In this way, you can establish a feedback loop where you make changes based on users’ comments, make revisions, launch again, ask for feedback, and so on.
If you have a considerable amount of interaction as part of your signature program’s delivery, observe people’s results to see for yourself how the system is helping them.
With feedback and observation, you’ll notice what needs to change to help your clients implement the system more effectively and achieve better results. You might even need to improve the system itself. If so, you have all the steps to follow in this course to help you identify benefits and outcomes.
At some stage you’ll probably want to raise or adjust the price, and/or add in other extras. There could be a number of amendments to make. Prepare to have a second-generation program and maybe a even third or fourth. Your program will improve with each iteration and you’ll reach more people each time.
